TalentWell is the provider of a form service, and not the owner of the collected form responses.

The party responsible for controlling the data of the respondents is you, the form creator. TalentWell, on the other hand, acts as a processor and keeps the information on your behalf. You retain complete control over the data you gather and the duration for which you keep it, as long as your account remains active. If necessary, you can remove or export form responses from your account. We respect all deletions, and any form data you have erased will be permanently removed from our backups within 90 days.

TalentWell functions as the data controller concerning the personal information you provide us, such as registration details, in order to use our service. We do not market or sell this personal data to third parties or utilize it for serving ads. Our policy is to share this information solely with our service providers who assist us in running our operations, and we ensure that such third parties adhere to the GDPR framework.
